Event: The Apostles Persecuted
S - Scripture
Acts 5 v. 19-20 But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out and said, 'Go and stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.'
O - Observation
Unstoppable. That is what the power of God is. Regardless of the situation, God's word cannot be shackled. We need to remember this when we think of Jesus final command to us. Matthew 28 v. 19, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." When we follow this command, when we deliver his word, we play a part in being unstoppable. Matthew 24 v. 35, "Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away." Now that is unstoppable!! Why wouldn't we want to play a part in that?
A - Application
Am I a part of the unstoppable? Am I sharing the Great news of Jesus?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Let me be a bold proclaimer for you. Love Will
