First things First

S - Scripture
1 Timothy 1 v. 17 To the King of ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

O - Observation
First things first. In our prayer life, how often do we just simply give our respect, our dues to the King of Kings? Or... do we just charge off with our want list? Have we really paused to think about who
we are talking to? Have we really truly thought and/or recognized that the God of creation wants to have a personal relationship with us? Wow!! We need to remember first things first. After all, it was the first commandment. Exodus 20 v. 3, "You shall have no other God's before me." If we have no one else before him, if we love him, then the second commandment will naturally flow. Exodus 20 v. 7a, "You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain." Today's verse is the inverse of the 2nd commandment.

A - Application
Am I giving shout outs to the King of Kings?

P - Prayer
Jesus, You are wonderful, consoler, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace.  Love Will.
