S - Scripture
1 Timothy 2 v. 8 I desire than that in every place the
men should pray, lifting holy hands without
anger or quarreling.
O - Observation
Pray without ceasing. This verse gives us encouragement
to pray at all times and at all places. Not only at Church and home, but in the
car, at work, at the grocery store, ect. But we need to be careful not to pray
so that people see us praying. Matthew 6 v. 5, "And when you pray, you
must not be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues
and at the street corners, that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you,
they have received their reward." The other important aspect to your
prayer life is your approach. You need to cloth yourself in love. Remove the
anger and quarreling.
