Proverbs 29 v. 8 Scoffers set a city aflame, but wise men turn away wrath.
O - Observation
Unity builds community. Scoffers, gossips, whispers behind the back, passive
aggressive behavior is destructive and deadly to community. I witness this
first hand in the clinics that I run. There are seasons when dissension for
whatever reason gets bad. And instead of approaching the conflict as presented
by Jesus, the arsonist come out. Damage is done. A city set ablaze no long
becomes a city. It impacts everyone. Even the arsonist. No one wins, except for
the Devil, since his goals are to steal (unity), Kill (relationships) and
destroy (individuals). How to prevent arson? How do we become wise? Matthew 18
v. 15, "If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault,
between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your
brother."

Am I an arsonist or a wise man?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Give me wisdom on how to handle conflict. Love Will.
