Event: Paul and Barnabus In Iconium
S - Scripture
Acts 14 v. 5-7 When an attempt was made by both Gentiles and Jews, with their rules, to molest them and stone them, they learned of it and fled to Lystra and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and to the surrounding country; and there they preached the gospel.
O – Observation
Rolling with the punches. That’s what I find inspiring by these early group of Christians. Threatened with death, they moved on to new cities, only to do the things that caused death threats from the previous city. It’s taking advantage of the opportunities in front of them. The death threats from the people of Iconium, actually helped to spread the Gospel. The Truth is too good to be contained. Acts 4 v. 20, “For we cannot but speak of what we have seen and heard.”

How well am I rolling with the punches? Am I seeing new opportunities?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Help me to respond when punches are thrown at me. Love Will
