Who to avoid

S - Scripture

2 Timothy 3 v. 1-5  But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of stress. For men will become lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents,
ungrateful, unholy, inhuman, implacable, slanderers, profligates, fierce, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather then lovers of God, holding the power of religion, but denying the power of it. Avoid such people.

O - Observation

Are we in the last days? Going through this laundry list sure would make you think so. I can see evidence of every one of these things on the list. But, has it always been this way? Probably. Sinful beings are good at being sinful. I just think that the pace, and volume and intensity of these things has exponentially increased in today's times.

A - Application

How well am I avoiding such people as the ones on the list?

P - Prayer

Jesus, Help me to stand firm in these last days.  Love Will.
