S
- Scripture
Proverbs 31 v. 30 Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who
fears the Lord is to be praised.
O - Observation
True beauty. As this Proverb attests, true beauty does not lie on the surface,
charm or looks, but its from within. A person who holds Jesus as the Lord and
Savior and Friend of their lives radiate beauty. Its is the confidence of
knowing that you are a child of God. Time will fade the outward beauty, but God
never fades. Revelation 22 v.13, "I am the Alpha and Omega, the first and
the last, the beginning and the end." And... Psalm 103 v. 17a, "But
the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon those
who fear him. Which leads us to the start of the day. When we get up and
"get ready" we need to make sure that we 'put on' the word of God in
our lives.
A - Application
What is the source of my beauty? Do I apply God's word daily in my life?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Thank you for my source of beauty. Love Will.
