Psalm 118 v. 24 This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

This is the day! Carpe Diem. Size the Day. Every day, every morning when we wake up is a gift from God. Lamentations 3 v. 22-23, " The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to and end; THEY ARE NEW EVERY MORNING; great is thy faithfulness." Since the Lord has given us this day, what will we do with it? This psalm gives us a start on a long list that we can make. Rejoice! Be
Glad. Give thanks. Psalm 118 v. 1, "O give thanks to the Lord for his is good, his steadfast love endures forever!" Everyday, as we start the day, we should give thanks to our Savior. It helps put things in perspective. Philippians 4 v. 11b, "For I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content.
