Matthew 26 v 28 for this is the blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
O - Observation
Cold Hard Dead Locks!!! It is so. This is Jesus saying that his sacrifice for each one of us is true. Notice, there's no word of Promise. No. Jesus uses an even stronger word, a COVENANT. This is a deal between, Jesus, me and God. The great news is God is faithful to his deals. Look at the Rainbow. God made a covenant with Noah, that he would never destroy the world again with a flood. Read in the Old Testament how he held the Linage of Abraham. How he kept his love for the Jews, in spite of all their rebellion. The New Testament, he promises to be with us always.
A - Application
Am I thankful for the Covenant that God, Jesus made with me?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Thank you for dying and rising again for my salvation. Love Will.
