Choose wisely where you spend your time

S - Scripture
Psalm 37 v. 1-2 Fret not yourself because of the wicked, be not envious of the wrong doers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb.

O - Observation
The grass is NOT greener on the other side. My pastor has a great saying. Sin is fun for a season, but when the season is over..." This Psalm points this out, sinner’s season fades. There is no reason to be jealous of what they do, because our season will not fade. Except withering, we will grow. Psalm 1 v. 1a, 3, talks about the end of our seasons. "Blessed is the man who walks not in the council of the wicked, He is like the tree planted by streams of water, that yield fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all he does he prospers." Staying the course here on earth will reap eternal rewards. Don't be lured by the lies of Satan.

A - Application
Where am I spending my time? Pursuing the things of the world of things of eternity?

P - Prayer
Jesus, Help me to keep my eyes focused on you. Love Will
