S - Scripture
Proverbs 18 v. 19 A brother helped is like a strong city, but quarreling is like the bars of a castle.
O - Observation
What are you building? Your interaction with each other, especially those that are close to you really determine what your social life, or relationships will be like. If you spend time nit picking or picking quarrels, you will in the end, build your own prison. Who wants to hang around a negative person? Instead focus your efforts on encouraging, helping and building your friends up, quirks and all. This builds a sense of unity a sense of closeness. Ephesians 4 v. 32, "and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgive you." This is the mortar to build a strong city."
A - Application
What am I building? City's or prisons?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Help me to encourage, love and build up those around me. Love Will
