Think about your approach to the non-loving people

S - Scripture

Proverbs 18 v. 5  It is not good to be partial to a wicked man, or to deprive a righteous man of justice.

O - Observation

Approving vs. loving. That's the first half of this proverb. We all know people who are wicked. What is our approach to them? Webster defines partial as "biased, favoring one side more than the other" We need to be aware of the dangers of approving what they do. Looking the other way, laughing with them in their wickedness. 1 Corinthians 15 v. 33, " Do not be deceived; Bad company ruins good morals."  God knows our human nature. He knows how weak our flesh is. Thus the warning. But, in the end, it is the wicked that need Jesus, just as much as you and I. Which may mean, I have to get next to the wicked. The approach is to love them. 1 John 4 v. 7, "Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and he who loves is born of God and knows God."

A - Application
What is my approach to those that are wicked?

P - Prayer

Jesus, Help me to approach all people with love. Love Will.
