S - Scripture
Psalm 55 v. 22 Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he
will never permit the righteous to be moved.
O - Observation
Sustain. Webster defines sustain as to keep hold or support. How awesome is it
to know that Jesus is there to hold you up, to support you when you are
stumbling or out of balance! Hebrew 1 v. 3a, "The Son (Jesus) is the
radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining
all things by his powerful word." Therein lies how Jesus sustains us.
Through his word. The words of the Bible, the words that Jesus spoke in the New
testament, is NOT gibberish, or old folks tales, but it is the source of life.
Meditating, reading, following, living what God has laid out for us in
the Bible provides the stabilization we need for our lives. If we do this with
all our heart, soul and mind, we can't be moved.

Do I look to Jesus when I am out of balance?
