Use the Training Plan God gave you

S - Scripture
Psalm 78 v. 6b-7 And arise and tell them to your children, so that they should set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments.

O - Observation
The training plan for our children. After the imploring, encouraging of us to get active in the training of our kids, comes the key points we must be teaching. 1st - Hope or faith. Webster defines hope as, "the wish that something will happen as you want. " We should place our hope on Jesus, his sacrifice for us. We need to believe in his promise. We need to understand that there is Heaven and Hell, event thought we can't see it. 2nd - History. We are encouraged to remember the History recorded in the Bible. Why study History? It shows us the Amazing things God has done. It shows us accounts and stories of people in similar struggles of life. 3rd - Do. Keep his commandments. God's commandments, his guidelines for living are set up for us to live full and complete lives.
 
A - Application
Am I enacting the training plan of Hope, History and Do in my kids lives?

P - Prayer
Jesus, Help me to be a great teacher for my kids.  Love Will
