S - Scripture
Proverbs 16 v. 2 All the ways of a man a pure in his own eyes, but
the Lord weighs the Spirit.
O - Observation
Inside out. God judges, observes our heart, our spirit not the things that we do. 1 Samuel 16 v. 7b, "But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not look on his appearance.. for the Lord sees not as man sees; man looks on the outward appearances, but the Lord looks on the heart.'" Really, God looks at what makes us tick, what's our driving force. Some people God has put in position to do more. But that doesn't make one better or more special than another. Its what you do with what you got that God will weigh. Jesus has told us, for to whom much is given much is expected. We need to put on God's eyes when judging our actions and those around us. We need to put aside self, and let God into our lives, let him be our driver. We need to be inside out.
A - Application
What is my motivation? Where
is my heart? Am I driven by self or by God?
P - Prayer
Jesus, Inspire me to be motivated by your word and
instruction. Love Will.
Rock On!!! (Jesus is the Rock!!!)

A good way to check your motivations is to ASK an accountability partner or a godly spouse for input. Are we serious about wanting to grow with God?
